Look internet services at email to their costomer care they will build your website very cheap.
Ive sold used items online. Shouldn’t be a problem if you own the product(new or used). People sale new items on Ebay everyday, so I don’t see why it would be. This is where you’d want to host your site, very cheap and reliable, they even walk you through it if you need them. and its only a dollar to host your site.
