Simple green works great just spray it on and rub it a bit then wash as you normaly wash clothes. This takes lots of stains out of clothes. It is great for cleaning as well.

a mixture of water and dreft (equal parts) and let it soak works sometimes
    good luck with that

Dawn dishwashing liquid soap does wonders. It gets even set-in stains out. Just put some in the washer along with laundry detergent when you wash the clothing. It does miracles!

If you’ve tried your usual stain removers like Spray n Wash, Carbona( I love Carbona, they work very specifically for specific stains.), Zout etc. and they haven’t worked, try a Biz boil. Boil water and add clothes and 3/4 to a cup of Biz and boil for 45 min. or so. Let sit till water cools then launder.

Bleach for whites. If it is colored, use hydrogen peroxide. You can also try Vinegar soak. You could also try leaving it under the sun while soaked with soapy water.
