Doesn’t it seem a little crazy that we all want to clothe our children in designer kids clothes? What is it that makes us think our kids have any more value, look any better, or will be liked any more if we put a particular label on them? Well, the truth is that all of us want to wear the best clothes we can get (especially adults!), and it is perfectly reasonable that we would want our children to have the best as well. Perhaps what is crazy is paying full price for designer labels when you really don’t have to.

If you walk into your local mall and go into the big name kids clothing stores, you will see some astronomical prices staring back at you. You could end up paying much more for a child-sized outfit than you would for the same pieces for an adult. A tiny pair of jeans and a jacket costs more than what you would pay for yourself! Especially in a designer kids clothes store, where prices are out of line with what most of us can afford, you will find yourself paying much more than you ought to for your kids’ clothes.
