Toddler sizes leave room for diapers and pull ups. That is why there is a difference between a size 4 and a size 4t. You just need to learn what size your child is in for certain brands. For instance I know that old navy and gap run large. Therefore, when my daughter wore size 4/5 I purchased 4t at these stores. Know your brands and your life will be much easier.

Tops; A lot.
Jeans; 5
Pants; 3
Skirts; None, I don’t do skirts.
Shorts; 4
Shoes; 5
Accessores; A whole crap load.

i think if you go to a good seamstress you can show them a picture of your dress and they will make there own pattern its quite simple actually.

trust me on this one i took my ball gown photo from the internet she made patterns and everything and it turned out stunning

i started shopping and registering the day i found out what the sex was. make sure you buy appropriate clothes for what the weather is going to be like.

yes. But the outfit I got from there fell apart after 1 washing.
Also - things are cut very small.
